Our Process

Internally, we carefully select our project teams to ensure that the content and context of the assignment is addressed. Our eclectic mix of staff represents a diverse range of disciplines, expertise, and cultures to ensure a depth of experience and knowledge.

These teams ensure senior management oversight and experience, day-to-day project management, close client communication, and logistical support. We also create a team with our client.

Every engagement begins by establishing a partnership to ensure the design, coordination, implementation, and reporting meets the needs of the client and its constituency. We value collaboration and communication. In keeping with this value, our projects are done with clients rather than to them.

Each project's methods, approach, and results are developed in coordination with and tailored to the needs of our client. We work equally well within a foundation boardroom or a community resource center.

And we continually seek ways to bring the client's community into the research and the evaluation process, as appropriate. We do not hold proprietary ownership of any project protocols, databases, or findings, and we consider all research to be the client's property.
